Injection Setter / Technician – Coventry – £32-34k

Our client is an established, stable and successful manufacturer of plastics injection mouldings. They are looking to add to their team.
This is a full time, permanent position. You must have experience in injection moulding, raw materials handling, machine setting, tooling and assembly.

Responsibilities: –
• Operate and maintain Injection Moulding Machines, (including Arburg & Boy).
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality output.
• Handle materials efficiently and safely.
• Assemble and disassemble tooling as needed.
• Utilise mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues.
• Work with logic controllers to adjust machine settings.
• Use hand tools to fabricate components.

Requirements: –
• Experience in materials handling within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of tooling maintenance and assembly procedures.
• Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting machinery issues.
• Ability to work with logic controllers for process adjustments.

• Day shift – 8am – 4pm – 30 minutes lunch break – Monday to Friday.
o Potentially 7am – 3pm if this shift fits better with commuting distance/traffic.
o Potentially 7am – 4pm Monday to Thursday and 7am -12pm Friday if this shift fits better with commuting distance/traffic.
