how will it help?

This simple to complete ‘forced–choice technique’ personality questionnaire, when keyed into our computer system will generate a 6–8 page report giving you an insight into the person’s true personality.

For the company it can be compared against stored profiles from successful role models. Alternatively, you or the immediate line manager completes the Job Profiler questionnaire which will, as the name suggests, give you a profile of the personality best suited to the position that you are seeking to fill.
