For the company it can be compared against stored profiles from successful role models. Alternatively, you or the immediate line manager completes the Job Profiler questionnaire which will, as the name suggests, give you a profile of the personality best suited to the position that you are seeking to fill.

Mechanical Service Engineer, Birmingham, up to £18.14 per hour + VehicleServicing, repairing, trouble shooting, stripping, and rebuilding mechanical power presses on site at customers works.Working on power presses from 1 ton – 1000 tons capacity.Experience on pneumatic, hydraulic and lubrication systems.Must have knowledge of the various types of mechanical and friction clutch and brake units.Must have a good mechanical understanding of presses including clearances, setting slides, stripping, rebuilding & setting clutches / brakes etc.Training offered. They are currently looking to recruit a proven Purchasing Manager to join their team. This is a brand new role for the business so the person joining will be able to make an impact. Working with a team of three others, you will be responsible for all purchasing activities including raw materials and consumables.
