Project Manager – Creative Industry, South Staffordshire, up to £30k

With a diverse client base my client prides themselves of providing high quality solutions to their clients (B2B and B2C). They are now seeking an experienced and proactive Office based Project Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven background in a fast-paced creative/agency environment, managing the delivery of integrated print and digital campaigns.

You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring approved work is transformed into clearly structured, well-managed, and successfully executed projects. Acting as a key link between Account Managers, Creative Teams, and External Partners, you will oversee the day-to-day coordination of projects, ensuring all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

You will take ownership of live project delivery, managing workflows, timelines, resources, client communication, and supplier coordination, while maintaining clear visibility and communication with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage projects from approved brief through to final delivery and sign-off.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and task tracking.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and manage changes to scope, budget, or timelines.
• Ensure all work is delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.
• Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day delivery communication.
• Manage client updates, feedback, amends, and approvals.
• Keep Account Leads informed of progress, risks, and key developments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, development, content, SEO, PPC, and PR.
• Work closely with the Studio Manager to align scheduling and capacity.
• Ensure clear task allocation and time tracking across all team members.
• Coordinate external suppliers including print, production, and specialist partners.
• Ensure clear briefing, timelines, and deliverables.
• Monitor supplier performance, costs, and quality.
• Review work prior to client delivery to ensure it meets brief and standards.
• Manage approval processes and ensure all deliverables are signed off.
• Confirm project completion and readiness for billing.
• Maintain accurate project records within the agency management system.
• Track costs, budgets, timings, and approvals.
• Ensure all work is correctly logged, supporting reporting and profitability.

Requirements:
• Proven project management experience within a creative, marketing, or digital agency.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across various channels.
• Strong understanding of print and digital production processes.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, teams, and suppliers effectively.
• Commercial awareness, including budgets, costing, and profitability.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience using project or agency management systems.
