They are actively looking to recruit two new members to their team. The client is keen to recruit newly qualified, ambitious, drive individuals looking to develop in the Quality sector. The role will involve mastering our quality measurement systems from handheld portable systems right through to fully automated scanning machines. You will be involved in briefing customers, interpreting and interrogating detailed technical drawings and CAD models, handling and manipulation of 3D scan data, data analysis.To succeed in this role, you must be driven, dedicated to finding solutions to challenges faced on a daily basis, proactive if your self-development and strong lateral thinker. Excellent communication skills and active time management are essential to deal with customers and achieve project deadlines.This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious, forwarding thinking engineering company. Maintenance Engineer, Redditch, up to £40kMy client is an established manufacturing company based in Redditch. They are looking to add to their team by recruiting a new member to their maintenance team. They require a Maintenance Engineer who is a skilled, multi-disciplined engineer responsible for keeping production equipment and site services running safely and at full capability. The role is electrically biased, with strong mechanical and pneumatic competence across a varied manufacturing machines and equipment. This is a hands-on, self-directed role. You will respond to breakdowns fast, plan and execute the PPM programme diligently, and works across the site without the need for close supervision. The ability to think clearly under production pressure, coordinate effectively with colleagues across departments, and know when to escalate is as important as the technical skill itself. The role ranges from fault-finding a PLC fault, carrying out a planned electrical inspection, managing a contractor on site and updating the CMMS before the shift ends. CNC Programmer, Setter, Operator Supervisor, Telford, £NegotiableI am currently working with a very good manufacturing client based in Telford. They produce precision engineered components for customers world-wide. At present they are looking to add to their team and wish to recruit a proven ‘’hands on’’ machine shop supervisor.You will be responsible for day-to-day machining activities from programming (from scratch), setting and operating CNC machines. Predominately turning orientated. You will also be responsible for managing two other CNC Machinists, controlling jobs from start to finish, through inspection and into packaging. If you have the proven CNC machining skills with supervisory experience, the ability to produce quotations, able to programme from scratch with a positive attitude and knowledge of improving efficiency then you could be perfect. Knowledge of Mazak machines, mazatrol, fanuc controls would be beneficial.Supporting qualification would also be good, Apprentice trained ideally.You must currently reside in the United Kingdom and hold full right to work.
