2 x Service Operator / Representative – Vending / Coffee Machines, North and South London Areas, £28,571 – £33,705

My client is a professional, established and very successful company providing business in London and the Home Counties with vending and coffee machines. They are looking for an Operator / Representative to join their team to fill, clean and maintain premium coffee & vending machines to the standard required by the customers.

Responsibilities: –
• Cleaning and replenishing coffee and vending machines in a specified territory to ensure the hygiene, cleanliness and safe working of the machines comply with the Company and statutory regulations (full training provided).
• Ensuring all machines are well presented, fully stocked and stock rotated.
• Working with the wider team to record any breakdowns of machines to comply with company standards.
• Planning your day effectively to ensure you complete all your client visits on time.
• Have an eye for detail to ensure we capture the correct sales information from every machine using the latest in smart tech to record all stock movements.
• Being the face of the company, world class service and building relationships with your clients.
• Responsible for a company vehicle as this is your warehouse on wheels! You must ensure stock is rotated and organised at all times.
• Your machines are your shops. Work with your clients to ensure each machine is merchandised to maximise sales and meet the client’s requirements.

Role Requirements:
• Full UK driving licence and DBS Certificate.
• Excellent customer service and customer facing skills.
• A proactive manner and a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Professional and presentable with excellent communication skills.
• You will be required to drive a company vehicle so must hold a full clean UK driving licence.
• You will be required to have a clear DBS certificate, which the company can obtain on your behalf.

Working Hours:
• Typically, 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Flexibility required for occasional weekend or evening work.
• Overtime available.
