This successful Consultancy/Agency has built a reputation on quality of service from start to finish. Due to increased and sustained business they are now seeking an additional experienced Designer to join their 2D Design Team.

As a member of the Design Team you will be responsible for taking briefs (print and digital) from concept through to finalised artwork. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in collaborating on 3D/large format graphics which align with client brand guidelines.

Responsibilities Overview:
*Interpretating written and verbal briefs.
*Development of visual concepts for print and digital use, ensuring brand consistency.
*Amending existing artwork.
*Organising and managing design files, assets, and templates.
*Maintaining brand consistency across different projects.

Requirements:
*Fully Mac literate in all the Adobe packages.
*Prior commercial experience working on both Print and Digital briefs.
*Prior experience in working on large format/3D projects could be an advantage.
*Full driving licence and valid passport as you may be required to travel to locations in the UK and Overseas.

This will be an site based design role, with the company’s office being located North of Central Northampton.

They produce precision engineered components for customers world-wide. At present they are looking to add to their team and wish to recruit a proven ‘’hands on’’ machine shop supervisor.You will be responsible for day-to-day machining activities from programming (from scratch), setting and operating CNC machines. Predominately turning orientated with some milling. You will also be responsible for managing two other CNC Machinists, controlling jobs from start to finish, through inspection and into packaging. If you have the proven CNC machining skills with supervisory experience, the ability to produce quotations, able to programme from scratch with a positive attitude and knowledge of improving efficiency then you could be perfect. Toolmaker, West Bromwich, to £17 per hour My client manufactures metal pressings and assemblies for a wide range of customers. They are looking to expand their team and wish to recruit a proven and experienced Toolmaker. Responsible for repairing and maintaining press tools and welding jigs and fixtures and assisting in solving production problems in the press shop.*You must be reliable and a good timekeeper, as the role is fundamental to the efficient operation of the production department.*You will be expected to comply with the Companies Health and Safety procedures and report any Health and Safety issues to the Toolroom Team Leader.*Able to work on their own and be able to use their own initiative.*Able to repair and maintain press tools from 45- ton to 400-ton single operation and progression tools.*Oversee any tool / jig modifications when required.*Trouble shoot and problem solve on tools that are in press.*Use all standard toolroom equipment in a safe and professional manner.*You need to be a good communicator and team player and support other members of staff in the toolroom.*Responsible for filling in the relevant tool notes and returning them to the Toolroom Leading Hand or Toolroom Team Leader.*Expected to work over if the need arises due to a tool breakdown or production problems.*Carry out any tasks within the scope and abilities of the above.
