Welder / Fabricator – Evesham – up to c£16 per hour

Working Hours: 

39-hour working week over four days

Monday to Thursday: 

07:00 – 17:15 (9.75 hours per day)

My client is an established and successful manufacturing / engineering company looking to add an experienced welder / fabricator to their team.

The role offers a varied workload, including both batch welding and bespoke one-off fabrication projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working on a diverse range of high-quality engineering work.

You will have: – 

• Experience in welding and fabrication.
• The ability to work from engineering drawings (preferred).
• A good eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.
• Excellent timekeeping and attendance.
• Good physical fitness, as the role can be physically demanding.

Requirements: –

• Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding.
• Experience of both batch welding and one-off fabrication work.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Desirable Skills

• Experience welding mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.

A full driving License and personal transport (Car or Motorbike) is essential if you lives outside of the area where the client is based.
