Exhibition Project Manager (Custom Design & Build), Worcestershire, £30-35k+ (DOE)

With their own onsite design and production departments, this established and successful Exhibition Design and Build Company prides themselves on providing all their clients with a high quality/professional service from Concept through to Delivery and Breakdown.

They are now looking to recruit an additional Project Manager to join their team. This is a good opportunity to work with clients from a wide range of industry sectors.

Working within a friendly and welcoming Project Management team you will be responsible for:
• Ensuring every assigned project meets company standards and all timeframes are adhered to.
• Liaising with clients (phone, email, teams) to discuss requirements and detailed take briefs.
• Maintaining accurate files and records for future reference.
• Working with on Design Team to come up with ideas and Concepts.
• Quotes will be handled by a Senior Manager/Director so you will need to ensure they have all relevant information to enable competitive quotes to be produced.
• Producing project plans.
• Scheduling jobs with the Production Department.
• Oversee on-site delivery, installation, and breakdown when required.

This role will be 80% office based with the remaining time spent visiting clients and attending shows (UK and Overseas).

Requirements
• Prior project management experience gained from within the Exhibition Design and Build or an allied arena.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Full Driving Licence and Valid Passport.
